Keyi Productions asked Norma Design to develop an identity program that can easily communicate to both parts of the world. Keyi wanted a mark that both reflect the dynamism and the will of the young direction behind the brand. The solution is a functional letter mark crafted out of tension between sharp curves and straight lines shaping the "k" of Keyi. Modern and communicative the letter mark can be easily reproduced on various scale and as typing text with a simple !<. It is developed to be responsive across several applications, for both print and digital.
The distinctive mark embrace one clear message : "Yes, it's possible!" (Chinese meaning for "可以"). Easy to understand it’s a universal visual image. As a trademark of each documentary, news report & corporate film, the logo launches the sequence of all medias developed by Keyi Productions. On the opening scene it became a key visual signal, while printed it remains a memorable signature. The color is predominant in film sequences & photography, so the identity doesn’t allow the use of colors except the bright orange.
